Hamitköy Project

Hamitköy Project
One of our first, Hamitkoy was one of the first housing complexes in Nicosia that sprawled during early 2000’s. Consisting of 28 detached houses, an entirely new neighborhood was created in Hamitkoy, ushering the eventual transformation of the region into one of the most prestigious residential locations in the city.
Boğaz Project
Bogaz project was a venture to create quality living spaces that matched the environmental value of the region its located, consisting of 26 semi-detached houses, this housing complex is located at the at the outskirts of Kyrenia Mountains where local authorities on environment certified to have the freshest air quality of the entire island.
Pınarbaşı Project
Similar to Bogaz project, Pinarbasi residential complex is located at close proximity to Kyrenia mountain range, this project consisted of several different living solutions with residential units of 20 detached houses, 25 semi-detached houses and 9 apartment blocks.
